Leaders of Ansteel Group Co.,Ltd Came to NHI for Visit and Communication
Recently, Mr. Sha Xiaochun, assistant general manager of Ansteel Group Co., Ltd., as well as the delegation paid a visit to NHI. The Chairman of NHI, Mr. Wang Xuemin was in charge of the reception.
A meeting was held in conference room 102 of R&D building in NHI. On behalf of NHI, Chairman Wang Xuemin expressed a warm welcome to Mr. Sha Xiaochun and the delegation for their visit. During the meeting, Mr. Wang Xuemin introduced to the participants that the operation and production of NHI had been fully recovered in 2019 since the mixed ownership reform, with full-caliber accounting for profit; and in the first half of 2020, NHI overcame the severe challenges caused by the Covid-19 and achieved new orders significantly by year-on-year growth. These achievements had proved the effectiveness of the mixed reform and the significant improvement of market competitiveness of NHI.
Mr. Wang Xuemin pointed out that after the mixed ownership reform, Fangda Group had brought into NHI the complete market-oriented system and mechanism, advantages of abundant capital resources and brand-new management and development concept.
From the structure reconstruction in production, supply, marketing, technology and financial structure, NHI had thoroughly solved the problems of self-reliance and lack of management and control; the process of all work had been comprehensively sorted out and optimized; Defects in various links had been rectified. Rigid requirements for contract implementation and project performance had been strengthened; More than 130 rules and regulations were issued in short time, and had continuously improved the system of laws, regulations, fairness, openness and transparency, in order to improve the level of refined management. A supervision system had been implemented to ensure that all tasks arranged were put into effectiveness. All cadres and employees of NHI are able to see the hope of enterprise development from the reform and change.
During the meeting, the leaders from both sides had a full exchange of successful experiences in the reform and rebirth of NHI.
Later, accompanied by Chairman Wang Xuemin, Mr. Sha Xiaochun and the delegation visited the exhibition hall of NHI, and learned about the enterprise culture of Fangda Group, NHI’s development history, as well as NHI’s research and development for the products in tunnel engineering equipment, metallurgical equipment, mining equipment, complete set of sand and aggregate equipment, coal mining machinery, bulk material conveying equipment, power and building materials equipment, oil fracturing equipment and automobile steering products.
Mr. Sha Xiaochun highly praised NHI’s achievements since the mixed ownership reform, and expressed the willingness to extend wide cooperation between Ansteel Group Co., Ltd and NHI in various fields, for purpose of contributing to revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China together.
