Recently, SAT for NHI’s products, Mode 360 fracturingblendertruck and Mode 2500 fracturing equipment had been carried in nearly a month period in Jilin province,. Under the working with Daqing Drilling Engineering Company, NHI teams have achieved a great success for the testing of individual machines and complete commissioning.
The individual testing and commissioning testing of system Mode 360 fracturingblendertruck’s and Mode 2500 fracturing equipment was carried out strictly under the SAT plan. In the process of continuous high strength fracturing operation, The fracturing equipment showed good stability, reliability and advanced technology. The site experiment of automatic control system showed good compatibility and powerful data processing ability. According to the technological requirements of different sites, the machine can adjust the output parameters, achieve the requirement of the construction of the fracture site. Experts from Daqing Drilling Company have an high evaluation for quality of the systeml. They considered of that NHI represents the domestic highest levels of automation control for fracturing complete system. They expressed great admiration for NHI people to have finished the work of researching, development, manufacture and industrial test in such a short time,.

At the construction site of fracturing well number red + 20-3, the NHI Chairman of board Mr. Geng Hongchen, vice directors Mr. Yang Haozhi, Mr. Zhang Haibo, deputy general manager of Daqing Drilling Engineering Company , and Mr. Qiu Feng, chief engineer etc. came to the site and witness the success of testing and commissioning.
