Forging and Foundry Corp. signed a strategic cooperation joint venture agreement with Shenyang MRI for the building of engineering technology center
On November 5th at 9 am, Shenyang Forging and Foundry Corp. a sub-company of NHI signed a strategic cooperation joint venture agreementwith Shenyang Metal Research Institute, an Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences for building of Engineering Joint Center. The signing ceremony was held at the auditorium in a casting company.
Mr. Geng Hongchen, Chairman of Northern Heavy Industries Group, Mr. Yang Rui,director of the metal department, Mr. Ni Riliang general manager of Shenyang Forging and Foundry Corp. as well as more than 170 people attended the signing ceremony.
Both sides determine to build a pilot incubator for new technology of MRI on the powerful platform of Foundry & Forging Corp. in the next ten years. At the same time, to improve the capabilities of Foundry & Forging Corp. in high value-added manufacturing level and the abilities of large castings and forgings products by the helps of metal technology, equipment, personnel and other advantage resources. The two sides will be cooperating in the scope of high-performance hollow ingot manufacturing process, Forging ingot soft core, Deep dephosphorization smelting, Double ring steel, High quality special generous slab, Medium and high-end mold steel (H13) ultra pure smelting, Large wear parts, Shield machine cutter materials; 14 big flow ultra-high pressure pump, valve and technique.
