NHI of Fangda Group Achieves Remarkable Technological Innovation Results During the "14th Five-Year Plan" Period National Heavy-Duty Equipment Strengthen Manufacturing Power
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, NHI has closely focused on the major national strategic needs. Driven by technological innovation, it has achieved a series of breakthroughs in fields such as deep earth exploration, clean energy, mine development, and rail transit. A number of equipment have realized the transition “from nothing to something" and "from existence to strength", showcasing the robust capabilities of Chinese manufacturing.
Serving National Strategies and Forging Ahead in the Frontier of "Deep Earth"
In the field of deep earth exploration, NHI successfully won the bid for the core equipment of the "Ultra-Large Physical Simulation Facility for Deep Engineering Disasters" — the 5m×5m×5m geological model long-term and high-load loading system. As China's currently advanced experimental device for deep earth research, the equipment has a main body of 28 meters’ high and approximately 13,000 tons’ weight. It marks a significant leap in the field of deep earth engineering equipment in China.
In the construction of the Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station on the Dadu River, a key project of the Western Development Strategy, the large-inclination transportation and mixing complete set of equipment for gravel soil material independently developed by NHI has overcome the construction challenges of the "world's highest dam" in complex environments such as narrow river valleys and high drop, setting a new benchmark for the construction of major plateau engineering projects in China.
Digital Transformation Drives Industrial Upgrading
NHI has also actively promoted its digital and intelligent transformation, independently developing the "NHI Discovery" big data management system. This system integrates multiple systems such as CRM and MES, enabling digital management across the entire life cycle from sales to after-sales services. This initiative propels the company's strategic transformation from a traditional manufacturer to an "intelligent comprehensive service provider."
Industry experts have pointed out that the series of innovations achieved by NHI during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period have not only improved the independent level of national major technical equipment, but also provided strong support for China's transformation from a manufacturing giant to a manufacturing power.
