3.Product Introduction
Filter is one of the indispensable dewatering equipment in the beneficiation process. It uses pressure difference to separate solid particles and liquid through porous media (filter cloth, filter plate, etc.). When forming the filter cake, in addition to relying on the pressure of vacuum, it can also rely on the gravity and magnetic agglomeration of solid particles to dehydrate. It is widely used in metal mine, nonmetal mine, coal mine, metallurgy, chemical industry, paper making and other industries.
According to its structural form and characteristics, vacuum filter products are mainly divided into three categories: cylindrical (rotary drum) filter, disc filter and horizontal belt filter. The cylindrical vacuum filter is divided into external filter type, internal filter type, folding belt type and permanent magnetic external filter type; Disc vacuum filter is divided into disc vacuum filter and ceramic filter.
